My name is Kwame and my passion is football…what Americans call soccer. Accordingly, I dedicate this site to football (per the site name). I’m a huge fan of Diego Armando Maradona (who I consider to be the greatest player of all time), as such my home page is a tribute to him.

My favorite team of all time is FC Barcelona partly because Maradona played for Barcelona and also because they’ve won so many cups . They are the only team to have played in Europe in every season since European competitions began in the 1950s. They have won the European Cup/UEFA Champions League two times. They have won the now defunct, European Cup Winners’ Cup 4 times, and the old Inter-Cities Fairs Cup 3 times, which is more than any other club, for both trophies. They have also won the European Super Cup, and the Copa Latina, twice for both.

Barca also features world class players like Ronaldinho,Thierry Henry, Eto’o, etc.

However, I’m also a great fan of Chelsea FC due to their impressive record. They’ve won three league titles, four FA Cups, four League Cups and two UEFA Cup Winners’ Cups. They also showcase worldclass players like John Terry, Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba, Michael Essien, Michael Ballack, Andriy Shevchenko, etc.
