yeah, it definitely is a loss for portsmouth. and i’ve always said that lampard is not the best player in the world so i agree with thomas that muntari will be a better choice than lampard..

I absolutely agree…deep down i kinda feel like he will suck at Real Madrid. We’ve seen this too many times when stars transfer to “bigger clubs” and are not able to prove their worth. look at what has become of Shevchenko, Ballack, etc. I think Ronaldo should stay at Man Utd. even though i’m not a Man Utd. fan. For the love of the English Premiership, i think he should stay.

I think that Fergie is speaking a lot of sense here – obviously he is still trying to convince Ronaldo to stay put, but everything he says is true. He is at a fantastic club right now, so why risk losing this with a move to Real Madrid?

It’s true he always wanted to play for Milan but it’s just sad to see him go. He’ll definitely do well there. He can partner with Kaka and play some beautiful football.
